How to check and maintain the SBW voltage stabilizer on a regular basis. Now most customers neglect or do not have the awareness of maintaining the voltage stabilizer. Some customers have no maintenance experience or do not know how to perform routine maintenance on the voltage stabilizer. , Leading to failures and these failures can actually be avoided. How to test and maintain the voltage stabilizer easily and effectively, I have summarized a few steps here for reference only.
1. Turn off the main switch before inspection or maintenance.
2. Clean the inside of the regulator.
3. First check whether the fasteners are firm, if there is looseness, fasten them in time.
4. Check whether the carbon brush is in good condition. If there is a break or defect, replace it in time.
5. Check whether the AC contactor behind the regulator is in good condition and the AC contactor coil is intact. Generally, the contactor that has been in use for about 5 years is recommended to be replaced to avoid malfunction during use.
The length of maintenance time should be determined according to the site of use.
