| 1. Place the speed limiter on the floor of the machine room according to the requirements of civil construction. The installation foundation of the speed limiter can be made into a concrete foundation with cement mortar, and anchor bolts are embedded in advance. The size of the foundation should be 25-40mm larger than the bottom of the speed limiter on each side. The speed limiter can also be directly installed on the load-bearing beam or the speed limiter seat of the basic steel plate, and positioned with bolts (the steel plate should be fastened with anchor bolts). |
| 2. The position error of the elevator speed limiter installation is not more than 3mm. |
| 3. Put a plumb line from the wheel groove of the elevator speed limiter, pass the floor to the center point of the rope end of the pull rod on the car frame, and align it with the wheel groove of the pit tension device. |
| 4. The distance between the elevator speed limiter rope and the guide rail should be installed according to the size of the installation drawing. |
| 5. The tensioning device of the elevator speed governor rope is installed on the resisting car guide rail. The height of the elongation device from the ground to the ground plane of the pit should be determined according to the standard height (750±50,550±50,400±50). |
| 6. The weight of the tensioning equipment of the elevator speed limiter should not be less than 30kg. |
