Whether it is a passenger elevator or a freight elevator, the structure is the same. The passenger elevator consists of eight parts, which are described in detail as follows:
Traction system:
The main function of the traction system is to output and transmit power to make the elevator run. The traction system is mainly composed of traction machine, traction wire rope, guide wheel, and anti-rope wheel.
Guiding system:
The main function of the guiding system is to limit the freedom of movement of the car and the counterweight, so that the car and the counterweight can only move up and down along the guide rail. The guide system is mainly composed of guide rail, guide shoe and guide rail frame.
Car:
The car is the elevator component that transports passengers and goods, and is the working part of the elevator. The car is composed of a car frame and a car body.
Door system:
The main function of the door system is to seal the landing entrance and the car entrance. The door system consists of car door, landing door, door opener and door lock device.  Weight balance system: The main function of the system is to relatively balance the weight of the car. During elevator operation, the weight difference between the car and the counterweight can be kept within the limit, and the traction and transmission of the elevator can be guaranteed. The system is mainly composed of counterweight and weight compensation device.
Electric drive system:
The function of the electric drive system is to provide power and implement elevator speed control. The electric drive system consists of a traction motor, a power supply system, a speed feedback device, and a motor speed control device.
Electrical control system:
The main function of the electrical control system is to manipulate and control the operation of the elevator. The electrical control system is mainly composed of operating device, position display device, control panel (cabinet), leveling device, layer selector, etc.
Safety protection system:
Ensure the safe use of elevators and prevent all accidents that endanger personal safety. It is composed of speed limiter, safety gear, buffer and terminal protection device.
High-efficiency vector VVVF inverter system:
The passenger elevator adopts a vector-controlled digital closed-loop VVVF frequency converter, which can accurately control the rotation torque of the main engine in real time by adjusting the current size and phase according to the actual load of the car, the up and down speed, and ensure the smooth operation of the elevator
